Pasadena Humane Returns to CatCon 2025 as Official Adoption Partner and Charity Beneficiary

Cat lovers, get ready: Pasadena Humane is making a major return to CatCon 2025, not only as the official adoption partner, but also as this year’s charitable beneficiary. As adoption partner, our organization will bring nearly 200 adorable, adoptable cats and kittens to the popular, on-site Adoption Village – a fan-favorite feature of the conference where visitors will have the opportunity to meet, fall in love with, and adopt their new best friend. As the charitable beneficiary, the partnership goes beyond adoptions: proceeds from the event’s ticket sales will be donated directly to Pasadena Humane, supporting its mission to provide compassion and care for animals throughout the community.

CatCon 2025 will take place on Saturday, August 2, and Sunday, August 3 at the Pasadena Convention Center. This year’s event marks the 10th anniversary of the beloved convention that has become a cornerstone for cat enthusiasts across the country. The weekend is filled with feline fun, educational panels, meet-and-greets, a thriving cat-loving community, and meaningful impact.

In 2024, nearly 200 Pasadena Humane cats and kittens found their forever homes during CatCon weekend. The excitement from last year’s event set an enthusiastic precedent, as organizers hope to see even more felines adopted this year.

In the Adoption Village, every cat and kitten available for adoption from Pasadena Humane will be spayed or neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, and ready to head home with a starter kit to help them settle into their new family comfortably. Adoption fees are $40 for one cat or kitten, or $60 for a pair.
