Pasadena Humane Launches Dog Days of Winter Adoption Promotion

The new year brings a heartwarming opportunity for dog lovers to find their perfect match during Dog Days of Winter, a special adoption promotion at Pasadena Humane running January 16 to January 25. For a limited time, adoption fees for dogs 6 months and older are just $26, making it easier than ever to welcome a new canine companion home. This heartwarming initiative is generously sponsored by Foundation for Canine Welfare. 

Winter is a season made for companionship—cooler days, cozy nights, and quieter routines create an ideal environment for welcoming a new dog into your home. With more time spent indoors, adopters have the chance to focus on bonding, training, and helping their new pet settle in comfortably. Whether it’s enjoying peaceful morning walks or warming up together on chilly evenings, adopting a dog during Dog Days of Winter is a meaningful way to add joy, love, and a new friend to the season. 

All adoptions from Pasadena Humane include a spay or neuter, a microchip, and any age-appropriate vaccinations. New adopters will also receive a complimentary wellness exam with a partner veterinarian, along with a packet of helpful information on pet care. During this promotion, the standard adoption process applies, and a licensing fee may be required based on the adopter’s location.
