Meet Herbie

Our family adopted Herbie in June. He is the sweetest guinea pig you will ever meet. He loves to be pet on his head and adores attention. When we come into his room he runs to the edge of his cage and stands on his hind legs telling us he’s ready to be pet. Eating is his favorite hobby! Romaine lettuce, kale, strawberries and watermelon are just a few of his favorite foods. In July we adopted a friend for him from another guinea pig shelter. The two of them get along great! The younger one likes to follow him around the cage.
