Joann has been with Hill’s Pet Nutrition for over 27 years in a variety of roles, assuming leadership of Hill’s Food, Shelter & Love program and nationwide Disaster Relief Network in 2016.  The Food, Shelter & Love program provides Hill’s ongoing nutritional support to over 900 North American shelters today and has helped more than 14 million pets find homes since 2002.  Hill’s Disaster Relief Network, which is an extension of the Food, Shelter & Love program, has donated more than 2.7 million pounds of food to support pets impacted by over 160 disasters since 2013.  Joann has also led Hill’s national sponsorship of NBCUniversal Local’s Clear The Shelters nationwide adoption and donation campaign since 2018.
