This course provides an overview on how to manage a life-threatening medical emergency that may occur with dogs or cats. It focuses on how to administer emergency CPR and first aid to your pet until veterinary care can be ascertained. Topics include taking vital signs, your pet first aid kit, how to provide first aid for common medical emergencies (such as wounds, poisoning, burns, and choking), Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation for dogs and cats, and more. Participants will receive a PetCPR+ Certification valid for two years.
