Apollo is a smart, enthusiastic young shepherd who’s been working on skills to help him feel more comfortable in his environment as he did not have the smoothest upbringing. He can get overstimulated and is nervous around new people and other dogs, so he’s practicing cues like sit, hand touch, down on a mat, and U-turns to give himself space when he needs it.

He’ll do best as the only animal in a quiet, low-traffic home with older teens or adults who can give him structure and help him continue building confidence. With patience and consistency, Apollo is ready to grow into the wonderful dog he’s meant to be!
