Meet Kayla! Kayla has been described by her foster family as a great houseguest, as she doesn’t jump on counters or get into anything she’s not supposed to. She even gets along great with her foster brother, Scottie (a Pasadena Humane alum!). Scottie can be a bit more playful than Kayla, but she’s very polite about respectfully declining playtime when she’s not in the mood and going to her own space to nap. However, don’t think this senior gal is strictly a couch potato – she loves going for walks, and has even done three miles at once, no problem! And she’s a pro at games of fetch.

Kayla bonds strongly with her favorite people, so if you’re looking for a best buddy who wants nothing more than to be by your side, this gray-muzzled cutie just might be your gal!
