Lifelong cat lover Beverly Marksbury has been part of the Pasadena Humane family since moving to the area in 1985. As with many of the shelter’s long-lasting relationships, Bev’s affinity with our organization started with the adoption of a furry friend, eventually leading her to join the Pasadena Humane Board of Directors in 2013.
In addition to a professional career in the Federal and Los Angeles Superior Courts, Beverly has been active as a volunteer with many community organizations, including the Tournament of Roses, Pasadena Showcase House for the Arts and The Colburn School.
She is also pet parent to three adopted cats, Charlie, Duncan, and Sam.
Bev will be riding with Bodhi. This 15-year-old Pasadena Humane alum was adopted by Tournament of Roses President & CEO David Eads in 2010.
