Interim CEO

Chris Ramon joined Pasadena Humane in 2018. Prior to joining Pasadena Humane, Chris oversaw a high-volume adoptions program at multiple locations while working for the Michelson Found Animals Foundation. He also offered insights into growing adoption and foster programs while occupying a seat on the board of directors for different animal welfare organizations.

In his current role, Chris oversees Pasadena Humane’s community programs–Humane Education, Admissions, and Placement–with the goal of honoring the animal-human bond. Chris is passionate about building and expanding programs that enable animal shelters and the communities they serve to work together to overcome the challenges of our industry.
