This Independence Day, Pasadena Humane is hosting a festive foster opportunity: a 4th of July Foster Sleepover! Made possible by the generous support of the Trisha & Heidi Muse Hug Fund, this special short-term getaway is designed to give our large dogs a much-needed break from the shelter over the holiday weekend, with all supplies and support provided by our dedicated Foster team.

Pre-registration is required and will be open June 19–30, or until spots fill. Registered participants can pick up their foster pet as early as July 2. Foster pets can be returned after the holiday weekend, and participants are always welcome to extend the stay or adopt. Pick-up and drop-off hours are 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Please note: we will be closed on July 4, with emergency assistance available, if needed.
