Willow came to Pasadena Humane in tough shape. She had a broken front leg and several puncture wounds which could indicate an animal attack of some kind. Our medical staff sprang into action and immediately began treating all of her wounds. Unfortunately, they were unable to save the left front leg, but animals adjust quickly to such losses. Willow has healed up well and is showing herself to be a loving and affectionate cat. She gives head-butts to get attention and will launch into contented purring. Three-legged animals are known in the pet world as tripod cats (or dogs). This lovable tripod Willow is in need of just the right special home. At eight years old, Willow is considered to be a senior pet which means if the adopter is also a senior aged 60 or more, then the adoption is totally free as a part of our Senior for Seniors Program.
