Taffy came to Pasadena Humane as a stray. She has been a bit confused and anxious about being here, but our staff has been working to let her know that there is nothing to worry about. Taffy is beginning to accept petting and is adjusting to getting the attention that she secretly craves. Most recently, staff reported that she began purring away and was leaning in for more attention. Even more so, she has been reported to be alert and very interactive with the health staff. Looking at Taffy’s picture, one can see a very relaxed cat but with her ears perked up and still very alert. In the Welsh language, Taffy is a slang word for “beloved friend.” It doesn’t take much of a stretch of the imagination to know that Taffy can become your beloved friend for life! She is six years old which qualifies her for our Seniors for Seniors Program. This means if an adopter is sixty years old or more, then the adoption would be totally free! Bring sweet Taffy home with you today!
