Found in Bakersfield, CA, by the Labelle Foundation. He was adopted in April of 2021 and has been living in an apartment with two parents, both working from home full time, in Pasadena.
Utah is social and loves other dogs (of all sizes) and responds well when they don’t want to play with him. He is used to sleeping in a bed and is housed trained. He spends an hour at the dog park almost every day, and isn’t tired after. Utah likes to talk and tell you things, steal socks, and loves to learn new tricks. He is learning to walk without pulling, but needs rigorous training. If Utah hears popcorn popping, he requires a few pieces.
Utah needs an environment more compatible with his high levels of energy, exercise needs, and more stimulation. While he has been taken on long hikes, joined on the boat for lake days, and played many hours at the dog park each week, his parents know he needs more attention and action.
