DESCRIPTION:Humane Heroes is an exciting summer camp for youth who want to make a real difference\, earn community service hours\, and explore careers in animal welfare. Campers jump in to support the shelter through hands-on service projects while discovering how different departments work together to care for animals and serve the community. Through guided lessons and real-world experience\, participants get an inside look at careers like veterinary medicine\, animal behavior\, fostering\, and shelter operations—all while building responsibility\, teamwork\, and leadership skills along the way.
