The Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA is heading to CatCon, the annual convention where pop culture and cat culture converge. Hundreds of kittens will be available during the two day event held at the Pasadena Convention Center, August 4 and 5. The adoptable felines will be housed in the CatCon Adoption Village, presented in partnership with 9Lives® Cat Food and World’s Best Cat Litter™.
The adoption fee will be reduced to $20 for one cat or two for $30. The adoption fee applies both at the event and at the shelter, located at 361 S. Raymond Avenue in Pasadena. All adoptions include the spay/neuter surgery, microchip and age-appropriate vaccines. Cats and kittens will be ready to take home the same day.
“We are thrilled to be partnering with CatCon for the second year in a row,” says Julie Bank, President/CEO of the Pasadena Humane Society & SPCA. “More than 150 cats and kittens found new homes last year and we are hoping to knock that number out of the park this time around.”
CatCon will be held on Saturday, August 4 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and Sunday, August 5 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Tickets are available at catconworldwide.com.
