Huxley came to Pasadena Humane as a stray. While sometimes a bit nervous, he is definitely chock full of energy! He loves to run, go for walks, and stay on the move. An ideal home for him is an active one. Staff members took Huxley on a field trip recently and they reported, “Huxley is a lot of fun and a lot of energy. He had been cooped up for a while when we picked him up for his field trip and he spent the first hour working off some of that energy. He would not do well in a home that doesn’t give him enough stimulation. After a while of running and playing, he calmed down and was much easier to walk! He was a great running partner. He is very sweet and will lean against you in between fetches. He will also lay down in front of you and give you kisses.” If you’re looking for a running partner, you’re looking for Huxley!
